One link (and QR code) for your website, Google profile and Instagram. The guest picks a zone (e.g. terrace or hall), date, time and party size, and can add a comment.
Confirmations in your own words
The booking arrives in the admin panel as pending; staff confirm in one click and the guest gets a confirmation e-mail in your own wording. You set the text and its language.
Booking hours
You set the time window during the day in which guests can book; past dates are blocked.
Cancel with a reason
Staff cancel in one click and the guest gets a polite e-mail with the reason. Bookings taken in person or by phone are confirmed immediately.
Zones and tables
You choose which zones guests see; staff can assign a specific table to a booking.
Statistics

How much does the reservation system cost?+
Reservations are part of Mulle’s paid plans, which start at €20/month. There is no per-booking fee.
Does the guest need an account?+
No. We ask for a name, an e-mail or phone, date, time and party size; a comment is optional.
Can we use it without QR ordering and the POS?+
Yes. Reservations work on their own; add the other modules when you need them.
Can bookings be secured with a deposit?+
Not yet, but it is on the development plan. If it matters to you, we add it for you.
Which languages does it work in?+
The booking page is in Estonian; confirmation and cancellation e-mails use your own wording and language. If you need the page or the e-mails in several languages, we add them for you.
