What is included in the price?+
The paid plan from €20/month includes the QR menu and ordering, POS, printing, reservations, gift cards and coupons. The exact amount depends on the number of locations and the modules you use.
Is there a separate payment fee?+
Card payments go through your own Stripe account; Stripe charges its usual card fee. Mulle adds nothing on top.
Do you take a percentage of orders?+
No. A flat monthly fee, regardless of order volume.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. There is no long-term contract; an e-mail is enough to cancel.
How fast can we start?+
We create the account and enter the menu together with you, usually the same day. Printers and the POS are usually set up within a week.
